1: We’re based in the Pentagon Centre at Anderston near Glasgow Central and Charing Cross stations, we’ll meet there for an informal coffee. Then we’ll show you around the studio and have a chat about how we can help you.
2: During a 30 minute session we talk about nutrition and work through a simple movement assessment. This allows me to build a program tailored to you and ensures you’re always exercising safely.
3: I’ll guide you through a warm up and then together we’ll work through the program I’ve created for you. Then we’ll stretch off and that’s your first session done taking us one step closer to achieving your goals.
4: Each session will vary slightly to keep you improving and we’ll continually monitor your progress to ensure you’re getting the results you want.
Some additional points:
- Almost all of our Active8’ers enjoyed the 8 weeks so much they’ve stayed with us and continue to get fitter and stronger.
- New members frequently tell us they wish they’d joined sooner.
- The course is fully flexible so you won’t lose out if you are on holiday or are ill etc.
- We cap session at 6 people per session to ensure we can work closely with you.
