Fitness Classes & Timetable
Here at Inside out we have both small and large group classes including HIIT Training, Boxercise, Resistance Training and Circuits. All these classes are designed along with our 2 main goals for members, make this the best part of your day and educate you so you can become independent of us. You will burn calories, change your body shape and learn how to do it yourself.
Have fun and work hard with your own bespoke programme in a small group environment. This means you get the same help and motivation from a coach as personal training but with more slots to pop in so you can get results quicker for no extra cost.
Learn to Lift
Get stronger, fitter and leaner. Learn how to train safely and effectively using weights and resistance exercises in this egoless group training class. This class will teach you how to build your own workout and also to effectively tone and strengthen your body.
An exercise class that packs a punch. This high intensity class is based on the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit. Moves include shadow boxing, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle runs and blasting your abs! It is a fun, challenging and safe workout aimed at all levels of fitness.
Short and sharp with elements of Boxercise, this 30 minute class is aimed at getting you away from your desk to burn some calories in your lunch break.
This 30 minute high intensity class is aimed at burning calories with short bursts of activity and rest whilst improving your levels of fitness.
