Adele Crothall

Adele helps woman who have lost their confidence and don’t know the “what” or the “how” with exercise and nutrition, feel good about their bodies so that they get stronger, feel fitter and regain their mojo.

Adele’s career path took her from Hotel and Catering to managing large scale sporting events in hospitality such as British Grand Prix, Cheltenham Festival, Royal Ascot, Wimbledon etc to Resourcing for a National Hotel Chain.

Throughout her life Adele has always been an active participant in Health, Nutrition and Fitness however, it became a real struggle to fit it all in with her second pregnancy with twins. A painful pregnancy, complicated birth, insane lack of sleep, stress and a poorly twin baby all made it hard to make time to prepare and eat nutritious food and make time for exercise with the result being weight gain and loss of confidence.

Adele decided to do something about it and embarked on a journey with a Personal Trainer. She quickly realised the benefit of a specific exercise and nutrition programme alongside habit changing strategies. The result was that she regained her mojo (!), confidence, energy and figure! It was such a powerful experience that a few years later she felt inspired to take a leap of faith and embark on a new career as a PT and Coach.

So at 45 years old Adele qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional accreditations in Indoor Cycling, Circuits, Kettlebells, Suspended Movement, Pre and Post Natal Exercise Design and most recently as a spinning Instructor.

Adele continues to further her education and learning in Sport and Exercise and Nutrition and is currently studying to be a Level 1 Pro Coach with Precision Nutrition and numerous other CPD courses, memberships such as Registered Exercise Professionals and affiliations.

Her life experience as busy mum and coach has meant she can empathise with the pressures and juggling of life and how frequently we put ourselves last whilst caring for others.

Inside Out really helped me at first as I found it comforting knowing that someone took the time to learn about fibromyalgia. Graham helped me understand that if I look after myself, stay calm, eat well and stay mentally strong that my symptoms will ease off. I actually qualify as a nurse in 8 weeks and I definitely wouldn’t be here if I hadn’t been introduced to Inside Out!
